The Wythe Hotel is located in a reclaimed factory that was built in 1901. In 2012, Two Trees Management, known for the transformation of Dumbo, commissioned Morris Adjmi to recreate the old factory’s 73 room metamorphosis. The Wythe Hotel will be the main location for the opening, the exhibitions, and events. The space designated for the exhibition is the rooftop bar that has a spectacular view of New York City.
